Valve production begins after the pressure-boundary material, design, trim, ends, inspection scope and approved drawing are aligned with the purchase requirement.
Machining controls critical body joints, sealing interfaces, stems, seats, end connections and actuator mounting surfaces before the components move into assembly.
Assembly, pressure testing, coating, marking and packing should remain traceable to the approved manufacturing and inspection documents for the order.
